Truck Mechanic - Syracuse, NY

Our client is seeking a Truck Mechanic to manage the safety and efficiency of a location's vehicle fleet.  Responsibilities include moving trucks at the facility or vendor; providing on-site repairs of company vans, gasoline and diesel trucks (including: oil and fluid changes, tune-ups and major service repairs); and state and Department of Transportation compliance inspections.

Pay is $23+ per hour DOE with a solid benefits package.  Direct placement opportunity.

Mechanical Technician - Binghamton, NY area

The primary function of the Mechanical Technician is to inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles, trucks and buses that run on gasoline, diesel, electricity, or alternative fuels such as propane.  Perform major repairs and overhauls to vehicles, including fuel, ignition, electrical and cooling systems; power transmissions and differentials, universal joints and hydraulic units; steering mechanisms and other controls; wheel alignments and emission control systems. Diagnose and repair all three engine groups with some assistance.

Mechanic - Syracuse, NY

Our client is looking for a candidate to work on their fleet of heavy vehicles.
•    Reviews and verifies part / service requests
•    Performs inspections and / or repairs on units
•    Removes and stores any loose, broken or spare parts to maintain clean work areas including lift areas and general shop areas

Service Manager -  Syracuse, NY

Our client is seeking a hands-on working Service Manager.
•    Analyze and evaluate damaged vehicles to determine repair or services needed.
•    Accurately estimate cost for repairs, services or maintenance (they will train on their software system)
•    Perform advanced, basic and minor repairs as required; brake and hydraulic, exhaust, engine, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and alignments, air conditioning and computer systems
•    Document all repairs
•    Communicate with production team to keep all repairs on task for on time delivery

Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic -  Syracuse, NY

Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanic with an active CDL A License 
•    Diagnose and repair trailers and heavy / light truck equipment and complete installation of truck equipment including without limitation: snowplows, liftgates, hoists, van and dump bodies
•    Perform preventive maintenance on trailer and truck equipment including routine technical repairs and make recommendations for future repairs
•    Document work order details within our client's internal order and billing program
