Our client is looking for a candidate experienced with trusts & estates. 

Salary is $55K+ DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    Minimum of 2+ years experience with trusts and estates
•    High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or paralegal certificate a plus
•    Strong administrative and computer skills (extensive knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel)
•    Effective organizational, communications and interpersonal skills required
 

Real Estate Paralegal -  Syracuse, NY area

Our client is looking for a candidate experienced with real estate transactions. 

Salary is $40K+ DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    Minimum of 2+ years experience with real estate law
•    High school diploma or equivalent.  Associates degree or paralegal certificate a plus
•    Effective organizational, communications and interpersonal skills required
•    Strong administrative and computer skills (extensive knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel)
 

Parts Counter Associate - Oneida, NY area

Our client is looking for a self-motivated and conscientious individual with a willingness to learn to join their parts department. Experience is not essential - training will be provided. 
•    Answer telephones
•    Assist in waiting on customers
•    Charge out merchandise and make necessary entries to the inventory control system
•    Maintain shelf stock and keep counter sales area clean
