Inspection / Quality Control Associate - North Syracuse, NY area

The Inspector is responsible for rewinding, inspecting and packaging labels to customer specifications. In addition, this individual is also responsible for maintaining and meeting all internal requirements.
•    Inspect all labels prior to shipment, identifying defects (ex. incorrect label information, color inaccuracies, label count) and ensure correction 
•    Verify jobs and job categories for accuracy 
•    Upon successful inspection, complete requisite shipping documentation 

Mechanical Quality Inspector - Syracuse, NY

Responsible for performing first article inspections, in process quality checks whether random, 100% or at another prescribed interval by inspecting, testing, and measuring materials and parts. Conducts both visual and measurement inspections against the blueprint and specific job traveler requirements.
•    Reads and interprets blueprints and specifications including job travelers / job process sheets. 
•    Recommends adjustments to the assembly or production process. 

Production Supervisor - 2nd shift  -  Chittenango, NY area

Our client is looking for a hands-on candidate to oversee 2nd shift activity.

Pay rate is $16+ DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years CNC mill and lathe operating experience with troubleshooting & machine setup experience preferred.  Supervisory experience and familiarity with Mazak CNC mills & lathe controls a plus.  The candidate must be able to work with and comprehend prints, machining setup sheets, work instructions, and quality inspection documents.
 

Quality Inspector - Syracuse, NY area

Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production and finished products
•    Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
•    Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor

CNC Lathe Operator - 2nd shift  -  Chittenango, NY area

Must be able to operate a CNC lathe and make offsets to ensure you are making quality parts to print.

Pay rate $13+ DOE, 6.5% shift differential, monthly bonuses & ESOP.  Direct placement opportunity.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC Lathes, including the use of a micrometers and gauging tools to inspect parts.  Experience with screw machine operation a plus.
