RN / LPN

The LPN provides patient care under the direction on an RN.

Pay is $20+ per hour DOE.  Comprehensive benefits package.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    2+ years experience (preferably in a physicians' office) 
•    Current NYS license and registration in good standing as an LPN
•    Degree from an accredited school of Nursing (Bachelors degree preferred)
•    Current CPR certification
 

Organizes and manages the system of medication delivery to the patients and medication administration under the direction of psychiatrist
•    Provides medication management and planning / coordination, including injectable medications, to patients who are in the community
•    Provides staff education to maintain familiarity with program policies and procedures regarding medication administration, management, and secure record storage
•    Utilizes person-centered practices in development of recovery plans
