The primary function of the Mechanical Technician is to inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles, trucks and buses that run on gasoline, diesel, electricity, or alternative fuels such as propane.  Perform major repairs and overhauls to vehicles, including fuel, ignition, electrical and cooling systems; power transmissions and differentials, universal joints and hydraulic units; steering mechanisms and other controls; wheel alignments and emission control systems.

•    correct and accurately diagnose equipment failures
•    complete repair of various equipment
•    perform machine set-ups & assist with delivery

Will travel to customer locations to perform advanced repairs and planned maintenance work on equipment ensuring service meets all customer, quality, and industry standards and requirements.

•    Review specifications to develop design and development plans, BOMs, functional test procedures and operation/maintenance manuals according to customer technical specifications, industry standards, and best practices
•    Work closely with customers and other departments to develop solutions to design and production issues

•    Load product and necessary equipment on the truck, ensuring safe transit.
•    Install equipment according to blueprints provided, and supervisors’ direction. Follow safe procedures at all time to protect people, product, equipment and customers. Maintain proper account of all required tools and equipment.
•    Maintain a professional image of self and client at all times. Greet customers politely and pleasantly.
