Manufacturing Estimator - East Syracuse, NY

Analyze and compile data on each factor that may have an influence on costs such as: labor, materials, lead times along with machinery requirements.   
•    Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates
•    Confer with design engineer, purchasing manager, programmers and other personnel as needed
•    Perform estimating to establish price and profitability
•    Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or out-source work

Quality Inspector - East Syracuse, NY

Inspect and test parts manufactured on a daily basis to ensure parts meet specifications of drawings.  Maintain quality standards throughout the quality assurance department and manufacturing facility including paperwork and customer contact. 
•    Use different tools and equipment to inspect parts according to required specifications
•    Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and written instructions to inspect parts
•    Inspect parts for first article inspection up to and including final inspection prior to shipment

Machine Operator - Auburn, NY

Plans and performs a limited variety of set-ups and machining operations on various machine shop equipment, such as drills, mills, and lathes.  
•    Set up fixtures and jigs, load programs, calibrate tools, and other machine parameters.
•    Start, stop and feed the machine, and watches for imperfect operation.  Speeds, feeds, and tooling are ordinarily prescribed.
•    Rotate through multiple machines on a shift to ensure maximum productivity, alertness, and preparation.

Inspection / Quality Control Associate - North Syracuse, NY area

The Inspector is responsible for rewinding, inspecting and packaging labels to customer specifications. In addition, this individual is also responsible for maintaining and meeting all internal requirements.
•    Inspect all labels prior to shipment, identifying defects (ex. incorrect label information, color inaccuracies, label count) and ensure correction 
•    Verify jobs and job categories for accuracy 
•    Upon successful inspection, complete requisite shipping documentation
