This position provides direct nursing care per MD orders and through the direction of the nursing staff
1.    Provide for patient’s comfort
2.    Assist with the maintenance of patient’s nutritional needs
3.    Observe and report significant changes in a patient’s condition
4.    Understand the psychological needs of the patient

Pay is $14.50+ per hour DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

LPN Team Leader - Syracuse, NY area

This position supervises the staff and manages all nursing activities for patients in the assigned unit
1.    Demonstrates professional and ethical standards at all times.  Immediately informs facility management of any suspected violation of ethical standards.
2.    Cares for others with respect and dignity.  
3.    Promotes innovation in delivering services.
4.    Maintains confidentiality at all times, including confidentiality of protected health information.
