LPN - Supervisor part-time and full-time 1st & 2nd shift  -  Victor, NY area

Objectives are to coordinate resident care, designate tasks & assignments to care staff and monitor the overall functioning of staff on the shift.  
•    Plans and reviews work assignments assuring effective shift coverage.  Coordinates care on his / her shift.
•    Participates in and supervises the delivery of care to patients.
•    Implements the service plans and collects data regarding the health status of patients. 
•    Acts as team leader for shift.  Coaches care staff regarding care practices and standards.

Patient Care Coordinator - Syracuse, NY

Manage orders received for new and existing patients to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
•    Provide prompt resolution to inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
•    Effectively communicate both internally and externally to enhance overall effectiveness.
•    Upload documents and orders into patient’s files in a timely manner.

A fast-growing and established eye care company is seeking full-time or part-time optometrists to be their partners in providing excellent vision care service to its growing clientele. 

Flexible schedules.  Candidates have to be willing to travel to various locations to see patients in managed care facilities. Our client provides a technician to work alongside them. They do the billing and the EHR, the optometrist leave a copy of the paper chart with the technician at the end of their workday. All travel costs are reimbursed.

Licensed Practical Nurse - Syracuse, NY area

Provide direct nursing care and patient education to meet the needs of client population; assist other nursing staff members and department providers in the provision of quality care.

Pay is $18+ per hour DOE.  Comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    2+ years experience
•    Current NYS license and registration in good standing as an LPN
•    Degree from an accredited school of Nursing
