ADMINISTRATIVE & CLERICAL JOBS

Sales & Marketing Associate - Syracuse, NY

Immediate need for strong person to assist sales manager with leads, marketing, promotions and entering sales data.  9:00 - 6:00 Monday through Friday.

Pay is $40K.  Dental, profit sharing & paid time off.  Direct placement opportunity.   

The right candidate must have a sense of urgency as well as be very detail-oriented and well-organized.  3+ years of sales support and administrative experience required.  Must have strong internet & social media skills.  
 

Patient Care Coordinator - Syracuse, NY

Manage orders received for new and existing patients to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
•    Provide prompt resolution to inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
•    Effectively communicate both internally and externally to enhance overall effectiveness.
•    Upload documents and orders into patient’s files in a timely manner.
•    Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization for equipment or supplies when needed.

Office Manager

Work with Property Manager to oversee all aspects of numerous residential units.
•    Receive maintenance requests.  Schedule maintenance staff. Email tenants through website and advise of schedule.  Print work tickets for staff and pull keys. Tenant follow-up, update repair requests on website daily.
•    Answer phone calls (rental inquiries, tenant questions, etc.)
•    Prepare new leases for signing (fill in address, amounts and dates)
•    Schedule property showings and possibly show properties
•    Place advertising ads for rental properties
