Our client is looking for a candidate to field customer calls for high level service and support (particularly IT support such as networking, DICOM, HL7, assistance with the installation of their application software on client CITRIX servers, logging application support calls and troubleshooting) and oversee on-site implementation
Salary is $70K+ DOE - will pay significantly more for a well-qualified candidate. Solid benefits package. Direct placement opportunity.
• 5+ years previous experience preferred (including servicing equipment)
• Bachelors degree preferred - Associates degree required
