Our client is looking for a strong candidate to conduct a range of office management and bookkeeping duties to include AP & AR, payroll and some human resources activities.  Must have experience in the construction industry. 

Pay is $50K+ DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    High school diploma or equivalent required - Associates degree preferred
•    5+ years minimum experience in the construction industry
•    Must be comfortable with QuickBooks

Office Manager / Bookkeeper - Tully, NY area

Our client is seeking a self-motivated candidate to oversee many office functions.
•    Accounts Receivable
•    Accounts Payable
•    Payroll
•    Required regulatory reporting
•    QuickBooks
•    Contractor management

Pay is $20 per hour with a solid benefits package.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    Associates degree preferred
•    5+ years experience in office management and / or bookkeeping
•    Strong Excel background
